This is what Jim Guarrera meant when he said “bring plows and shovels” As soon as I read that, I knew working with Jim and his colleagues at Carey & Guarrera Real Estate Associates was going to be fun.  Jim works in Western Connecticut, and if you’ve been paying any attention to the weather, you know that another snowstorm is lurking in the midwest, ready to take down the east coast yet again.

The folks in Connecticut are bracing for their third 1+ foot snow storm of the season.  Without a doubt, this year’s plethora of snow has taken a toll on real estate, as well as other business across the east coast, and the fact that Jim can chuckle over it makes me happy to announce our latest Corporate Relationship with his brokerage.

Through our corporate agreement, we are happy to provide Carey & Guarrera with discounted pricing, priority scheduling, and even a dedicated bat line to the CEO’s desk. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship in 2011.
